What this website does

This release sets no marketing or analytics cookies, uses no analytics measurement, performs no marketing or behavioural profiling and does not include a web form. Loading a page nevertheless causes the server to process the technical data described below.

Server request data

When a page loads, the HTTP request passes through a reverse proxy and the Apache server. They may process and record the IP address, timestamp, requested path, response status code and user-agent in operational logs.

Purposes of processing

This technical data is used only for website operation, security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, not for marketing or visitor profiling.

Access to operational data

Access is limited to authorized infrastructure administrators and the office’s hosting or VPS providers where necessary for those operational and security purposes.

Retention

Operational logs are retained only as necessary under the configured rotation and operational and security needs; they are then overwritten or deleted.

Phone and email links

Opening a mailto: or tel: link hands the next step to your device and chosen email or telephone provider. Further processing is governed by your device settings and the relevant provider’s terms.

Sensitive information

Ordinary email is not inherently a secure channel for sensitive documents. Agree an appropriate delivery method with the office in advance.
