Initial assessment
The first contact is used to outline the matter, its urgency and the available documents. The scope of legal assistance and next steps can be agreed only after the circumstances and any conflict of interest have been assessed.
What to prepare
- A short timeline and the objective you wish to achieve.
- Decisions, agreements, notices or other key documents.
- The exact date of the nearest deadline, hearing or other urgent step.
How to make first contact
- Briefly describe the matter by phone or email.
- The office will assess the basic scope, availability and any conflict of interest.
- If the matter can be accepted, the scope of further legal support will be agreed with you.
